Business purpose / service description:
beyondXC.cloud is a digital platform for XC pilots, flight schools and clubs. Its services include, in particular,
registration, account and profile management, flight logbooks, processing and analysis of IGC files,
barometric altitude checks, competition and ranking functions, club management, map views
and optional connections to external air sports, mapping and weather services.
Disclosure under section 25 Austrian Media Act (MedienG):
The fundamental purpose of the medium is to provide information and software functions relating to
XC air sports, flight logbooks, IGC analysis, club organisation, flight school operations, competitions,
airspace and mapping references, and related community content.
Professional and regulatory information:
The operator does not provide official aeronautical information, operate a flight school or offer
legal, flight or safety advice. Official information must be obtained exclusively from the competent authorities
and official sources.
Commercial register / trade / VAT identification:
No commercial register entry, trade authority or VAT identification number, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Consumer dispute resolution:
There is neither an obligation nor a willingness to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before
a consumer arbitration body. Where section 19 Austrian Alternative Dispute Resolution Act (AStG) applies
in an individual case, the required information will be provided on a durable medium. The former EU online dispute
resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. Any disputes are governed by Austrian law, except where
mandatory consumer protection provisions require otherwise.
